At Coven & Craft, each item is made to order. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives defective or misprinted.

Defective or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives with a defect or printing issue, we’ll make it right.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect

Once reviewed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund if the item is confirmed to be defective.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations in color, placement, or print

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details

Please review product details and sizing carefully before purchasing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.

If you need help, reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.

If a refund is approved:
