Shipping Policy

At Coven & Craft, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, processing and shipping times may be longer than large retail stores — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Processing & Delivery Times

Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for your order to be processed, produced, and delivered.

Processing times may be extended during:

• Holidays and peak shopping seasons

• Large sales or promotions

• Orders placed near weekends or federal holidays

We appreciate your patience while we carefully craft your order.

Multiple Shipments

Some items may ship separately depending on the product type, print provider, or warehouse location. If your order contains multiple items, they may:

• Arrive in separate packages

• Ship on different dates

• Have separate tracking numbers

This is completely normal and helps us get your items to you as efficiently as possible.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email when available.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Coven & Craft Brews is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once packages are handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are unfortunately outside of our control. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
